Monitor and debug issues with the video from the Video Operations Center (VOC). You'll be in the central control room overseeing all video streams across FOSDEM.
This involves monitoring multiple video feeds, troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with room-based and building-responsible video volunteers, and ensuring smooth streaming and recording of all talks.
Technical skills are helpful. You should be comfortable with computers and quick problem-solving.
