Local control room is AW1.125.
Collect all video equipment from Building AW at the end of the event. You'll work with the video team to carefully pack up cameras, microphones, cables, streaming boxes, and other equipment from all rooms.
This involves systematically going through each room, disconnecting equipment, organizing cables, and preparing everything for transport back to storage.
Attention to detail is important to ensure nothing is left behind or damaged during teardown.
