As a herald, you'll be the main point of contact in that room, helping speakers prepare, managing the room queue, introducing speakers, keeping talks on time, supporting with the Q and A, and ensuring smooth transitions between presentations.
This role requires good time management, clear communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
