Answer questions on Matrix, forward problems seen to staff. This is a remote volunteer position where you'll provide support to online attendees through the Matrix chat system.
You'll be monitoring chat channels, answering frequently asked questions, helping people navigate the online schedule and streams, and escalating technical issues to the appropriate staff members.
Good written communication skills are essential. You can perform this task from anywhere with a stable internet connection.
