This task is to operate the Camera in the assigned room (Janson - main auditorium). Some speakers stand still, other move around. The camera operator needs to keep the speaker in frame for remote participants to watch on stream or recordings.
Janson is the largest auditorium at FOSDEM with thousands of attendees. Good hand-eye coordination and ability to focus for extended periods are important.
