<p>Your help with video is really welcome during FOSDEM in two ways.</p>
<p>First, there is pointing the camera in the main track and lightning talk rooms. This is a fairly accessible task, with little or no experience required. While you can volunteer for a single one hour slot, please do consider taking two or more consecutive slots. That makes coordination much easier.</p>
<p>Then there is per-building coordination. You will be working in a team with an experienced volunteer, in close contact with the video operations center. Your role is to make sure everything is running smoothly from a technical perspective. This is monitoring, proactive (replacing audio gear batteries before they run out, ...) and reactive (a video stream died => fix it). On Sunday, your assignment might also include review work. Slots here are a bit longer, 3-4 hour slots. You should also learn a lot about the FOSDEM video setup doing this.</p>
