Video build-up:
* Transport of equipment to the per-building room
* Setup of rooms for streaming & recording video and audio, as documented in the
FOSDEM AV manual (https://github.com/FOSDEM/video/tree/master/instructions)
* Test of all rooms together with the NOC that everything works fine
The task happens best with three people for a room, and rooms are setup consecutlively.
This is the first room that has talks in it, but is just one and relatively well known. All other rooms have the option for final fixes on Saturday morning, this one doesn't. |
